Associate General Counsel
Carin joined CSUV in 2008 and serves as in-house counsel and advises the office on legal matters, files trademark and provisional patent applications, drafts, reviews, and maintains all agreements/documents, and plays an active role in negotiation of contracts. Carin assists CSU inventors with new company organization and startup formation and assists outside counsel.
As a student, she served as President of the Technology Law Student Association, and Executive Editor of the Journal on Telecommunications and High Technology Law. Carin received her BA in Political Science and Psychology and JD from the University of Colorado.
